🔏 Admin controls to prevent some members from creating/updating events#103

We use this as a scheduling tool for our office. It would be nice if you could have read onlu for certain people and give admin rights to add to the calendar for a few key people.

This would be an awesome feature, especially with large groups and wanting to be inclusive and transparent, but not have 100 people adding or changing events.
